hmmm well I guess you and I disagree because I think if Jesus were here today, he'd call MacArthur far worse than a "loser."  Read all the things that Jesus called the Pharisees. 

And yes, MacArthur DIRECTLY says that Pagitt is not a Christian. "He’s not a pastor; he’s not a Christian; that’s not a church." 

Merely because MacArthur is respected doesn't mean you just nod and accept everything he says.  Listen to him, and compare his teachings to the bible.  Why doesn't MacArthur ever mention love in that entire interview?  Why doesn't MacArthur even back up his statements with a bible verse or two?

Yes MacArthur might be respected in SOME circles, but trust me, a large number of evangelical Christians do NOT respect him.  I am not the only one.  MacArthur is tearing the church apart and he needs to be held accountable.

And actually I do respect MacArthur for a lot of what he has done and said, but his attacks on other Christians?  I do not respect.  He has attacked emergents, charismatics, non-dispesational Calvinist, and even Billy Graham.  The guy just attacks anyone who is not like him.
